The Housing Bureau of ICE 2012 offers kinds of efficient and convenient hotel reservation service. All the participants are entitled to the deeply negotiated special rates that have been arranged by the Housing Bureau. In order to prevent any disadvantage in the process, all participants are advised to be well acquainted with the policed shown below.

Important Note

Hotel Reservation Dead-Line: 15 July, 2012 (room availability cannot be guaranteed after the date).

Hotel reservation is arranged by the Housing Bureau of ICE 2012, Kim’s Travel Service Co., Ltd and do not contact hotel directly for any changes and cancellation.

A valid credit card information or remittance of Two-night deposit at least is required to be confirmed and secure your room. Otherwise hotel reservation cannot be confirmed according to policy.

Two-night room rate will be charged within one week and balanced amount will be charged around early Aug, 2012.

After Two-night deposit charged by your given credit card (or received Two-night deposit at least) by the Housing Bureau, Kim’s Travel Service Co., Ltd, confirmation letter will be sent to you within a few weeks.

Hotel assignment is based on first-come, first-served.

Standard currency is the Korean Won and the exchange rate only for reference is approximately KRW 1,100 to USD 1.00 as of Jan, 2012 and changeable.

For early check-in (before 15:00) & late check-out (after 12:00) depend on room availability and additional charge will be applied as personal bill.

Group reservation (more than 1 room) should be requested to the Housing Bureau directly.

Payment Information

The room rates are not including breakfast (Except Novotel Ambassador DAEGU, Hotel Inter-Bulgo Exco, Palgong Park Hotel, Palgong Spa Tourist Hotel.)

Hotel Inter-Bulgo EXCO in including breakfast for 1person only.

10% TAX will be applied to the room rate in case of hotel located in Daegu Area

21% Tax & Service Charge will be will be applied the room rate in case of hotel located in Gyeongju Area.

A valid credit card details are required to secure and confirm your room, otherwise hotel reservation cannot be confirmed according to policy.

Any other personal expenses, such as additional breakfast, laundry service, phone calls, mini-bar and etc. should be paid hotel when the guests check-out.

Confirmation letter will be sent after charged by your given credit card or received Two-night deposit at least by bank transfer.

Receipt of the room rates will be issued by The Housing Bureau of ICE2012, Kim’s Travel Service Co., Ltd upon your request

Cancellation & Refund Policy (for individual reservation)]

Any change & cancellation should be requested in writing via e-mail or fax to the Housing Bureau.

All dates are based on Korean standard time (GMT+9hours).

Please note that for administrative reasons, refund will be made after the congress.

Bank service charge will be deducted from refund.

• - Cancellation request by 5 August, 2012: No-penalty.
• - Cancellation from 6 August, 2012 or No-show, early departure: Two-night room rate will be charged as   penalty and the room will be released automatically.

※ No-show: when guests do not check in without any notice in advance.
