Registration Types and Eligibility

Members	This registration is available to any delegate who is an entomologist or people studying some related field.
Non-members	Applies to any delegate who is not an entomologist or people studying some related field.
Students	Student concession registration is available only to full time students (post-doctoral students excluded) who are enrolled for a recognized tertiary course in entomology or a related science. A copy of the current student identification card (with photo) evidencing full time student status, must be provided otherwise full registration fees will apply
Africa andLeast Developed Nations	This registration type is available only to delegates who are citizens of and work in Africa or one of the Nations listed below. Evidence of place of residence and employment (such as a letter from employer or government agency) must be provided with registration
Accompanying Person	Applies only to a spouse of those who registered within above category.

Registration Notification

Registration Acknowledgement

• - Registration Acknowledgement will be sent by e-mail within 3days after you complete on-line registration.

Check the Payment Status

• - You can check the status of your payment at the My Page after you log-in with ID and password on our website
• - Payment Status will be changed to "Payment Completed" within two weeks upon the clearance of your payment.

Registration Confirmation

• 1. A Confirmation Letter of Registration will be sent to you by e-mail within two weeks upon the completion of the full payment.
• 2. Registration without full payment will not be honored until full payment is received.

• 1. Please send the registration fee within 2 weeks after completing your on-line registration, if you would like to pay by bank transfer.
• 2. When you remit the registration fee, the remittance name should be the same as the applicant name or the remitter's name. If it is not identical, please send the remittance slip to the congress secretariat by e-mail or fax.
• 3. All bank remittance charges are to be paid by the applicants. Please be careful and do not deduct the registration fee.

Payment Policy

• 1. Please complete the payment after your on-line registration.
• 2. If the payment is not completed within the specified period, the next registration rate will be applied.
• 3. Registration without appropriate payment will not be honored until full payment is completed.
• 4. The registration fee should be paid in Korean Won.

• An official receipt will be given to participants upon their arrival at the congress registration desk

Cancellation and Refunds

• 1. Cancellation should be made in writing to the congress secretariat using the Cancellation and Refund Form.
• 2. All refunds will be made after the congress for administrative reasons.
• 3. The ICE2012 will not be responsible for the bank remittance fee.
• 4. The amount of refund will depend on the date of cancellation.
